At a rally Governor Palin recently said: "Senator Biden has long been a fan of The Little Rascals. Robert Blake played Mickey in the Little Rascals. Robert Blake is a murderer. Do you want a Vice President whose hero is a murderer?

By the way, I also understand that he likes Phil Spector music."

OJ Simpson once endorsed his former teammate jack Kemp for President. Do you want to vote for the party of people responsible for the deaths of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman?

I x-posted this on politicsforum and some jerk actually asked me for the source. You can't make this stuff up.

just tell him you got it from the MAINSTREAM MEDAI!

You've got to be kidding.

I really think they are going too far. I feel like a broken record. This is beyond belief.

Please don't take me seriously. Most of what I write is satire.

Okay, got it!! I, too, looked for the source. I believed it. Very funny!!!

It shows how little I think of her and her tactics that I fell for it. :)

I have to watch what I write. A lot of people are taking this one seriously.

I smile because that's how nuts and mean we think she is. I did look for the source and then I went back and read it, and well, oh, .... hmmmm, but you are really good because you are close enough to be believable.

This woman is hard to make fun of as Tina Fey has shown. Now, Palin is imitating Tina imitating her.

I think Joan says it well today. Palin is, how does one say it politely, not functioning in the same universe as the rest of us.

I'm mixed about her. On one hand I think that she's evil and dangerous. On the other hand, she's great for satire.

Yes, Palin is great for satire.

I think you should be writing for Bill Maher, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert. You really did catch me, which shows me how willing I am to believe the worst of her which isn't the best thing for me. :)

I love Satirical writing. From Twain to Dorothy Parker to Woody Allen. It is a pipedream.

Yes, You Can!! :)
I don't think it is a pipedream. You are GOOD!!

Share yourself. Apply to Comedy Central and Bill Maher. They need you. In your spare time, of course. :)

Re: Yes, You Can!! :)
I've got a lead. I'm trying to put together some of my writings.

Here are two of my favorites. They're Dr. Seuss takeoffs that I wrote
some time ago.

Re: Yes, You Can!! :)

I enjoyed them both, and laughed out loud at the end of the first, and the second is a little more depressing, like Coulter herself, but these are great.

Enjoyable!! Well-done!!!

Coulter the Vulture was based upon Yertle the Turtle. Dr. Seuss wrote Yertle as a response to fascism. The turtle originally had a Hitler mustache.

Re: Yes, You Can!! :)
I remember Yertle the Turtle. I look forward to seeing both your creations in print as well as on the screen.

It seems fascism has caught us here. Who would have thought? My friends who fled Germany said the Bushies were bringing it here and they have, and they have been cultivating the takeover for a long time, and so, here we are, well-sobered for sure.

Again, great writing and creativity! We need it now more than ever since humor will help us see and survive.
